Cannabis consulting and managed services. Virginia first.
We'll be your manager for you.
For funded retail applicants, hemp shops, and cultivators getting into Virginia's adult-use market. We start with your license application, and that part is free.
Opening a store means running six jobs at once, with deadlines on all of them.
Most new operators are good at one piece of this. Maybe you know real estate. Maybe you know the plant. Maybe you have the capital and a good idea of the town you want to be in. The state does not grade on one piece. It grades on the whole application, the whole buildout, and the whole first year of operations, and it keeps grading after you open.
- LicensingAn application with owner checks, attestations, and a filing window that opens on a date and closes on a date.
- SiteA location that passes zoning and buffer rules that change town by town, plus a landlord who will wait for your license.
- BuildoutContractors and architects who know what a dispensary needs, priced fairly, and finished on time.
- StaffingA team hired, trained, and scheduled before the first customer walks in.
- InventoryA first menu built from data, and wholesale terms you did not have to figure out alone.
- ComplianceReporting, incidents, renewals, and taxes, every month, forever.
We have run all six inside working dispensaries. That is the whole reason this firm exists.
Six functions, run for you.
Clients do not buy advice from us. They get a team that takes a function and runs it, start to finish.
-
Licensing
FreeWe run the application process with you, end to end, at no charge. You pay only the hard costs that are not ours: the state's application fee, and LLC setup if you do not have an entity yet.
-
Site selection and the Green List
We keep a standing network of building owners and real estate agents, organized into a property inventory. From it comes the Green List: locations we have pre-vetted, with the municipality conversation already started, so you are not gambling on zoning or local politics. We help negotiate the lease, including rent abatement around licensing and buildout timelines.
-
Buildout coordination
We hold standing relationships with general contractors and architects across Virginia towns. Your project's requirements go out to the firms in your town, they bid on price and timeline, and you get the benefit of the competition. We coordinate the build and clear hurdles so it does not stall.
-
Inventory and menu
We use a cultivator network to negotiate wholesale terms. Your first menu is built from sales and market data, not taste. We manage the menu on an ongoing basis and match cultivators and retailers for white-label products.
-
Operations stack
Staffing, marketing, tech stack selection and setup, and vendor relationships. The day-to-day machinery of a store, set up once and kept running.
-
Compliance
Reporting, incident handling, license renewals tracked so nothing lapses, and tax compliance. We run it on systems and automate where we can, so it gets done the same way every month.
Which of these you need depends on where you are. That is the first thing we work out on the call.
Book an Intro CallThree steps, in the order the state makes you take them.
-
Licensing. Free.
We handle the paperwork and the deadlines with you. Owner background checks, the labor peace attestation, the filing window. You cover the state fee and your own entity costs. Nothing else is owed for this step.
-
Site and buildout, through our network.
You pick from the Green List or bring us a location to vet. We help with the lease, then put your buildout out to bid with the contractors and architects we already work with in your town, and coordinate the work until it is done.
-
We manage the operation, ongoing.
Inventory, menu, staffing, marketing, tech, vendors, and compliance, run by us on a monthly basis. You own the store. We run it with you.
The intro call tells us which step you are on today.
Book an Intro CallThree kinds of operators, one way of working.
New retail applicants
You have the capital and the intent, and you need the application, the site, and the store built around you. We start at the license and stay through opening day and beyond.
Virginia hemp shops converting to adult-use
You already run a shop, and the rules have changed under you. Legacy hemp businesses have a conversion path into adult-use licensure, with a filing window that opens February 1, 2027. We run that application with you and help you plan the store you become next.
Cultivators
You grow, and you need two things you do not want to manage yourself: a facility built right, and your product on retail menus. We coordinate the buildout and place product through our retailer relationships.
Somewhere in between? Tell us on the form and we will sort it out.

Virginia's adult-use framework is set by statute, and the Cannabis Control Authority writes the rules underneath it. Items marked enacted are law. Items marked draft are proposed regulations and can still change.

Book an Intro CallQuestions we get on the first call.
What does the licensing help cost?
Nothing. We run the application process with you at no charge. That is how we start every relationship.
So what do I still pay for during licensing?
The hard costs that are not ours. The state's application fee goes to the state. If you do not have an LLC yet, setting one up is on you. We will tell you what those are before you spend anything.
Do I need a location before I apply?
No. Under the current framework, no premises is required at the initial application. Owners and officers go through background and fingerprint checks, and a labor peace attestation is required at filing. If more applications come in than a category allows, a lottery decides, with impact applicants first. We work the site in parallel so you are not starting from zero after approval.
What towns do you cover?
We work across Virginia. Zoning and buffer rules differ town by town, so the honest answer for your town comes after we look at it. Tell us where you want to be on the form and we will come to the call with what we know.
What happens on the intro call?
We find out where you are: idea stage, entity formed, location in hand, or operating now. We walk through the Virginia timeline as it applies to you, explain what free licensing help covers, and lay out what the managed-services side would look like if you want it. No pitch deck. Two operators asking questions and answering yours.
Is legal advice included?
No. We are a consulting and managed-services firm, not a law firm. We handle process, paperwork, operations, and deadlines. Questions that need a lawyer get pointed to a lawyer.
Can you guarantee I get a license?
No, and anyone who says they can is selling something. Licensing outcomes are decided by the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority. What we do is run the process with you so the application is complete, on time, and as strong as we can make it.
